Business Credit

Capital on standby. Draw it when you need it.

A business line of credit gives you a revolving limit to draw from as needed. Repay it and the funds become available again, and you pay on what you draw instead of on money you are not using.

Questions

Business Line of Credit questions

How is a line of credit different from a term loan?

A term loan gives you one lump sum with fixed payments. A line of credit gives you a limit to draw from as needed, and you pay on what you draw, plus any program fees.

Is a line of credit secured?

Some lines are unsecured and some are secured by receivables or other assets. Larger limits usually need more documentation or collateral.

What happens to my limit when I draw?

Your available balance goes down when you draw and comes back as you repay.

Can newer businesses qualify?

Some programs work with newer businesses, but most look for several months of steady deposits. Tell us where you are and we will tell you honestly what fits.
