Elephants Capital LLC ("Elephants Capital," "we," "us") helps businesses and real estate investors find financing. This policy explains what information we collect through elephantscapitalgroup.com, our applications, calls and text messages, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, business name, phone numbers, email, mailing and business addresses; business details such as entity type, industry, time in business, revenue and funding needs; ownership information; and documents you send, such as bank statements, financial statements, tax returns, property and lease documents, and identification.
• Application information: when you sign your application we may collect your Social Security number, date of birth and your authorization to obtain credit and background reports.
• Information from others: credit bureaus and verification services (with your authorization), public records, our funding partners and data providers.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, collected with cookies and similar tools.
• Calls and messages: we keep records of calls, texts and emails with you. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training and record keeping, and we tell you at the start of a recorded call.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry and contact you about your funding request.
• Evaluate your request and match you with funding programs.
• Share your application with funding partners so they can review it and make offers.
• Verify identity, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

• Funding partners: lenders, funders and their servicers who review your request, make offers or fund your transaction. Each partner uses your information under its own privacy policy.
• Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as our CRM, phone and text messaging, e-signature, document storage, analytics and hosting providers, under contracts that limit how they use your information.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process or regulators, or to protect rights and prevent fraud.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you opt in, we may send text messages about your funding request, application status, document requests, offers and renewals. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

Security

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email and stop texts by replying STOP. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
